The basic tools and ingredients are ready for Southdale Elementary School fifth-graders to make chewy granola bars during a cooking class at the Dorothy Lane Market School of Cooking, Friday, September 16, 2011. The class is part of the American Instititue of Wine & Food's national Days of Taste discovery program to help fourth and fifth grade students "learn about food and how it weaves its way through daily life from farm to table."
